Slice the zucchini into thick slices
Cut the onion into large chunks
Cut the green pepper into large pieces
Cut the sausage into large pieces
Place all the
vegetables and
sausage in a large
bowl and pour the
French dressing over
all. Season with
pepper.Toss
the vegetables and
sausage in the
dressing, cover, and
chill for a half
hour or more if you
have time.
Otherwise, don't
worry about it.When
you are ready to
grill, skewer
alternating pieces
of vegetables and
sausage on skewers
and place the
skewers on a plate
or pan for grilling.
Baste with
additional dressing,
if desired.
Grill on upper grill
rack on medium heat
until sausage is
done, turning a few
times and basting
