Rinse wings; pat dry
with paper toweling.
Cut each whole wing
into 2 pieces,
leaving tip with
blade.
Brush wings with
vegetable oil.
If cooking outdoors,
place wings over
slow coals; for
indoor cooking, use
low broiler heat,
cooking wings 6
inches from heat
source.
For both methods,
cook wings 25
minutes; turn and
cook an additional
25 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine
honey, lemon juice,
garlic, sesame
seeds, salt, pepper,
ginger,
Worcestershire sauce
and parsley.
Test wings for
doneness, cooking
longer, if
necessary, until
they reach desired
degree of doneness.
When wings are done,
brush with honey
glaze and cook 1 to
5 minutes longer,
depending upon
degree of heat,
until wings are well
browned.
