Almost Better Than Sex Pudding Dessert

  • 1 c regular flour

  • 1/2 c cold butter, chunked

  • 1 - 1/2 pecans or walnuts, chopped

  • 1/3 c creamy peanut butter

  • 1 c confectioner's sugar

  • 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese

  • 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed but still cold

  • 2 - 2/3 c cold milk

  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 milk chocolate candy bar, like Hershey's, chopped

  1. Put flour and butter in a food processor, cover and process until mixture is like little crumbs. Add 1 c of the nuts, and pulse a few times to blend.

  2. Press into a greased 13 in x 9 in baking dish. Bake at 350F for 2 minutes until light brown. Cool completely. Do not overbake, you do not want this to taste scorched.

  3. In a meduim bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar unti lsmooth. Fold in 1 c of the whipped topping and spoon over crust.

  4. In another bowl, whisk mild and both pudding mixes for 2 minutes (chocolate and vanilla together). Let stand for a couple of minutes for thickening purposes. While it is soft set, spread it over the cream cheese layer.

  5. Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate bar and remaining nuts, if desired. Cover and refirgerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
