2 1/2 lb pork butt roast, defrosted
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar packed
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Pour apple juice in crock pot. Put pork butt roast in crock and "smush" brown sugar on roast. Cook on high 30 minutes. Turn to low and cook minimum of 6 hours. It can cook overnight and still be good. Cut into 10 pieces. Salt. Makes 10 servings
