In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the burger buns.
Don’t over mix or the burgers will be tough.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Gently form the burger mix into 12 patties. Gently push your thumb in the middle to make a dent so you won’t get that burger bump when you cook them.
Grill patties until they are done to your liking. Serve on rolls.
Makes 12 burgers (may make less depending on how big you make your burgers)
