| Stuffed Pepper Soup |

2 lbs. ground beef, browned

28 oz. can tomatoes

28 oz. can tomato sauce

2 cups cooked rice
-
2 cups green pepper chunks
-
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups hot water

1/4 cup brown sugar
-
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Brown the ground beef.
- Combine all in large heavy kettle.
- Bring to a boil over medium then decrease heat and cover.
- Simmer slowly 45-60 mins. being careful to stir often
- This makes 4 quarts of a very thick, hearty soup.
