Lemon Picnic Cake 1 pkg. (18 oz.) lemon cake mix 4 eggs 1 can (15 oz.) lemon pie filling 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 2 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix and eggs until blended. Stir in the pie filling. Spread in a greased 10 x 15" jelly roll pan. Bake at 3500 F for 18-20 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
